Ever wonder which community associations have the most beautiful landscaping? I just happened to stumble upon one of those exact places while I was going to see the Chicago Air and Water show recently. It turns out that the brother of a friend of mine lives at 600 N. LSD and I was asked to go meet at his place before we all headed to the Air and Water show. As soon as I turned the corner and saw the front of the building, I immediately was taken back by some of the most beautiful landscaping I have seen outside of the Chicago Botanical Gardens of Glencoe.
I immediately conducted some research and it turns out that this property was recently developed by Belgravia Group and is about 95% sold out. The board of directors and the onsite management teamed up with the landscaping experts at Clarence Davis and together they have created a magnificent oasis right across the street from Lake Michigan.
