Chicago Property Services, the Chicagoland leader in community property management, co sponsored another amazing social event recently at the Via Como Due Townhome Association in Chicago on August 16th.
The annual event which is in the River West area of Chicago is the home of the former Como Inn Italian restaurant. The former Como Inn site which was meticulously developed by Belgravia Group now includes 3 associations: Via Como, Via Como Due, and Bella Como.
The block party consisted of about 50 people from both the Via Como Due and Via Como associations. The event is specifically designed to bring together the homeowners and families from the 2 neighboring associations. The event consists of great music, games, a magician, delicious food provided by Smoke Daddy, a GIANT slip and slide for the children, and what seems to be the annual highlight of the event, an Ice Cream Truck sponsored by Chicago Property Services.
The event even brings together friends and family from outside the community and brings awareness to the attendees of what community living is really all about. Building connections, enjoying time with family and friends and celebrating life!
Chicago Property Services is thrilled to be a part of this annual event and community associations around the country should strive to have annual events such as this one. It really makes a huge difference in the overall community spirit within the association.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if condo community management companies around the US encouraged communities to have social events like this one and that they actually take place around the US within every community?
