Chicago Property Services Introduces STRESS FREE Condo Management Plans
Chicago, IL – Chicago Property Services (CPS), Chicago’s #1 community property management company, introduces 3 new condo management plans, SERENITY, TRANQUILITY, and ZEN that are specifically designed to create STRESS FREE living.
Upon coming back from a spiritual pilgrimage in Nepal in October 2012, Salvatore J. Sciacca, the President and Founder of Chicago Property Services, came up with the idea of how to deliver STRESS FREE condo management to Chicago area community associations such as condos, townhomes, and HOA’s.
“I had an AHA moment while meditating and spending time with Buddhist monks. I realized that I could bring my passion for stress free living and desire for living a happier life to my association clients” said Sciacca about his trip to Nepal.
TYPICAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR CONDOS
Prior to attending the spiritual pilgrimage, Salvatore had met with hundreds of board members who were unhappy and looking to make a change in management. He also has met with dozens of CEO’s of other property management companies around the Chicago area and nation wide and learned about how typical property management companies operate and about the challenges that they faced working with condo associations.
His research showed that that most property management companies are not focused on condo management. Rather, most property management companies provide a WIDE variety of property management services from apartments to commercial buildings, and from residential to commercial condos. This lack of focus translates to a lack of expertise and to a low condo association client retention rate.
Secondly, as a result of the way most portfolio property management companies are structured, property managers handle condo management in a reactive way and are unable to provide high quality advice to board members and association clients. In addition, most portfolio property management companies hire property managers and assign them a portfolio of condo associations without providing the managers proper education and training. Furthermore, most property managers are assigned an overwhelming number of properties whereby they are unable to keep up with the client demands which results in high stress and frustration for the client board members and the property managers.
As a result, typical property management companies are unable to deliver a high level of service to condo associations and all too often actually deliver mediocre to a poor level of service to the condo association clients. This results in a high property manager turnover for most association clients and management companies.
STRESS FREE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT FOR CONDOS
Salvatore and CPS are now pleased to introduce a better way to serve association clients such as condos, townhomes, and HOA’s. CPS is pleased to offer STRESS FREE community management through the SERENITY, TRANQUILITY, and ZEN plans. Each plan is designed specifically for a target sized association. Each plan includes access to the expertly trained staff members who are the most knowledgeable and customer service friendly property managers in the industry.
TRANQUILITY is designed for associations between 15 to 49 units and is a full service management plan. From expert advice on small to large scale projects to highly transparent accounting support services, the TRANQUILITY plan is designed to transform your community association to a more enjoyable place to live.
ZEN is the industry’s most inclusive and transparent portfolio community management services plan available and is designed for condos, townhomes and HOA’s that are between 50 and 100 units. With over 100 included services ALL delivered by highly trained community association experts, STRESS FREE community association living now has become a reality for board members and homeowners. Board members will now have more time to spend with family and friends and will truly enjoy serving on the board of directors.
And here is what one board member had to say about the difference between CPS and other typical property management companies: “In the last 4 years I’ve seen them go from good to great. Our previous two management companies frustrated our condo association board by promising the world and delivering nothing. Switching to CPS was refreshing.” said Erik Vining, Board President.
The experts at CPS are looking forward to bringing STRESS FREE community association living to your condo, townhome or HOA and to the community association industry in the Chicago area.
