Many thanks to Cheryl Murphy, the CAI IL executive director, her team at CAI as well as all the vendors and volunteers who worked tirelessly to create such a successful and educational event.
A huge number of board members, homeowners, property managers and vendors came out in snowy conditions this past weekend to learn from the experts providing the educational seminars. The educational seminars ranged from a “Homeowner’s Forum” that provided board members and homeowners an open Q&A forum to several legal related sessions that updated the attendees on the latest State legislative developments that pertain to the community property management industry. In addition, the attendees got to meet hundreds of vendors who serve the industry.
One of the other noteworthy events was the transitioning from the current CAI IL Board President, Erica R. Horndasch, CMCA®, AMS®, the Director of Client Relations for Fullett Rosenlund Anderson PC, to the President Elect, President Elect – Kerry T. Bartell, a principal with the law firm of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit.
Lastly, we all know that selfies were the bomb in 2013 well apparently photo bombing is the bigger bomb of 2014.
