The leaders of these organizations live a journey of continuous improvement and are always looking to live more consciously. The model exemplified by the leadership then permeates throughout the rest of the organization and all the employees are encouraged to also live more consciously.

Secondly, a transformational company not only offers a product or service but compliments that offering with the delivery of an experience to its clients that is highly memorable and actually transforms the clients into higher conscious beings. The employees deliver an experience to the clients that actually improves their lives, makes the clients feel more seen and heard and creates deeper relationships.
