- We operate in a fair manner so that our clients know we have their best interests in mind at all times. Our fees are fair and honest and our management agreement is the most detailed and transparent in the industry.

- We are 100% accountable for our actions and take responsibility in the unlikely event we make a mistake. Our clients have peace of mind knowing that we take full ownership of our actions.
Respect
- Our customer service is extremely friendly and respectful at all times to our clients and callers. We realize at times our callers have a frustrating problem that they want resolved and CPS knows how to respond to these situations in a very polite and respectful manner.

- Our clients demand prompt responses from their management company and CPS does just that. We have a state of the art online support system called ManageMyCommunity.com (MMC) that continuously monitors new and open issues to ensure that ALL issues are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.

We are always learning from leading service providers within our industry about key topics such as fraud prevention and painting, to collections and evictions.
