Company History
Chicago Property Services was founded in 2001 by Salvatore J. Sciacca with the intention of creating the finest community association management company in Chicago. From its humble beginnings operating out of a bedroom, CPS now occupies a 2,500 square foot space in Logan Square. The company has grown considerably over the last 12 years and now serves 50 community associations.
In 2013, CPS redefined the gold standard of community association management by introducing the following service plans: Serenity, Tranquility and ZEN. This represents a major shift in how CPS serves its clients which has gone from operating at the transactional level to serving community associations at the transformational level.
The CPS staff has also undergone remarkable changes over the years in large part due to the tireless efforts of its leader and senior management team. The current CPS team now consists of a group of highly trained experts who are the recognized leaders of the industry in the various community management disciplines ranging from accounting and administrative services, to project services and relationship management. These significant improvements have resulted in a major increase in the retention of the CPS community association clients.
In 2019, CPS broke ground with the build out of the industry’s first ZEN Community Center that is specifically designed for board members and homeowners to have a space specifically designed for board meetings and for educational seminars specifically designed for community living.
